Toronto's feral cat population is misunderstood and forgotten according to one rescue which dedicates time and money to helping the cats. The Alderwood Tiny Purring Rescue started helping feral cats in the Alderwood area of Etobicoke about five years ago, according to Magda Hewryk, who leads the rescue.
